Egg and Cheese Bake

This is Grandma Cleone's recipe.
4-6 eggs                                         1/4 teas. dry mustard
2 T. butter                                      salt and pepper
2T. flour                                        1/2 buttered bread crumbs
1 cup milk                                     1/2 cheddar cheese
Grease 9x9" pan. Break eggs into pan without breaking the yolks. Salt and pepper to taste. Make a white sauce with remaining ingredients. pour hot sauce around and over eggs. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 300* F uncovered for 20 minutes.
